What was your biggest concern(s) before joining the class?

I was concern about how to improving my oral English skill and listening skill

Was/were this/these concern(s) resolved? Why or why not?

No ,I think the one of reason is that I don not study very hard.The second is that I don"t practise in English and seldom communicat with other people.

How do you feel after attending this class for x amount to time? What has changed in

you? What do you feel more comfortable with?

After attending this class,I think I get better than before. Especially in listing skill .My teacher is nice teacher and help me with my English a lot .Gradually ,I have some confident to speak in English. 

Is there any concern(s) that you still want to work on? What is/are it/they?

I need to improve my pronunciation and continue to work hard on it .

Forbid use plastic bag 
With the developing of society economic ,our environment of live become more bad.The plastic bag are used wildly,that lead to pollute environment.So I think the government should make measure to forbid using it completely in order to protect our environment.People should use recycle bag instead of plastic bag.Educating people realizing it's danger.

Dear Sir

I am writing to complain about your manager in restaurant .I went to the  restaurant for eating with my friends Yesterday.I ordered a lobster dish,when waiter put the dish on the table ,I found the amount of the lobster is not the same as the raw lobster,and I am very angry with it.If it is not solved ,I will not come any more later . So I told   the waiter about the unhappy thing and then the manager came back to said to me with unpolite attitude.He is rude,and don't care about my feeling.He think he did not do wrong thing.So I have to report to you about the things.I hope you can  solve my the problem as soon as possible .You would better to return the half price of the dish to me ,and punish the manager .I will  look forward to solving the problem soon .I am sorry to take your time
